Iraqi Goverment Confirms the Existance of Torture Chambers
The Iraqi Goverment has confirmed the existance of secret torture chambers in which brutal interrogation of prisoners take place. Layth Kubba, the Iraqi PM's Spokesman, said that torture is conducted with the full knoweldge of the Iraqi Goverment. He was responding to questions made after the publication of a report in the the UK's Observer on Sunday giving the details of an Iraqi Goverment offical policy of systematic torture, execution teams, and torture centres managed by Iraq Home Ministry.
